You already have the room, and with some creativity and planning, you can easily convert your garage into livable spaces, like a new family room or a bedroom. The focus should be on having a livable space that looks like an integral part of the house. This means that your garage conversion must include heating and air conditioning, new electrical fittings and additional plumbing, if necessary. If you are planning to convert your garage into a master bedroom, a master bath is a must.
